Our journey started in a small workshop in Beykoz, Istanbul, in the early 80's. We were lucky, things went well and in the early 90's, we decided to enlarge our workshop and moved to Kurtköy. We started to produce glasses in different forms in a larger area: We used different techniques now such as glass processing, decorating or acid polishing.
In addition to our valuable business partners whom we work one-on-one, we are very happy to undertake the pantograph work of many important glass brands in the market.
Pantograph can be described as the process of engraving a pattern on a glass. Since this work is made as scraping, it provides a lifetime use without any removal / deletion, etc. Although there are a few companies that can apply the pantograph technique, only we can do the “deep engraving”, proudly.
After the glass is scraped with the pantograph technique and its pattern is processed, it is painted with matte gold and a special technique, the slide-and-wipe technique is applied. Thus, matte gold is processed between the engraved patterns, providing both long-term permanence and the appearance of gold engraved into the glass.
Patterns engraved with the pantograph technique are hand painted with a brush, one by one, with gold gilding. In our products, we are using 24 carat gold gilding, which is at the top of the world ranking. Although this process increases the cost, it provides a much brighter appearance and long-term use compared to many gildings in the market.
With this technique, we are shaping the glass by cutting with stones that rotated at high speed.
We can apply the desired pattern/design as a print on the glass.
We are using water-based paints in order to color our products. Coloring can be done in the desired color, by using a brush or a spray gun, depending on the product
Even though the potential capacity of our production varies depending on the requirements and the technique used, we can process an average of 50.000 pieces of glass, per month.
